Q: What do you charge for your services?  
A:
We do not have a one size fits all rate sheet for our services, because there are so many different circumstances that can effect the price. Things that effect our prices include access, walkout basements, where the job is located, where the items are located within a home or business, weight, is there concrete, dirt, landscaping ties, or brick, etc… With all the variables, we can confidently quote most jobs over the phone if the customer has a list of items.

 
     
Q: How far in advance should I call to schedule a job?  
A: We can typically handle any job within 24 hours, and more often than not we can be there the same day.

Q: Where do you take all this stuff?  
A: Things that can be recycled, we take to many different recycling facilities, all the rest is taken to one of three local landfills.  
     
Q: Are you sure you’re going to be able to fit all my stuff on that truck?  
A: Our goal is to always communicate with the customer so that we know how much room we’ll need on the truck.  
     
Q: Do you do moving?  
A: We can provide labor for local moving, and even do some light moving in our truck from time to time.  
     
Q: Can you do demo work? (Rip out carpet, tear down shed, remove cabinets, etc.)  
A: Yes we do.  
     
Q: Will you come into my house to remove items from my basement, attic, etc?  
A: Yes we can. We pride ourselves on being a full-service hauling company.
